We always try our best to make your gift box as meaningful as your intention for giving it - definitely, we would like to take part to make it close to perfect. However in rare cases things get unexpectedly damaged during the delivery.

The return policy is applied to the following rules :

1. The Return policy will be valid for 3 (three) days once the package has reached the destination
2. You must take a picture and a video of the items and send your return request to our team to [email protected] with Subject (RETURN - Order #)
3. There are no refund policies applied, all affected items are going to be replaced with the new ones with the delivery cost borne by Studiokado Indonesia
