If you do your research beforehand, you can go into conversations with confidence, enthusiasm, and know exactly what needs to be said to gain their favor.
Another way to get close to your clients is to check in frequently. Set regular check-ins with your clients when working with them in a project and stay organized through making agendas that make sense for said check-ins. You can even arrange a schedule to eat lunch together in order to further get to know your client and check in on them.
